New Technologies
The students of Centro Escolar Solalto are using new technologies to make their learning experience more active, productive and social. We have computers, projection and sound equipment, and wireless Internet access in each classroom. We also have the following equipment:

Interactive projector This is a short throw projector with a high resolution of up to 70 inches. It has interactive capabilities by using a mouse pen to manage all the functions of the computer from the board. |

Student response system This system works through audience response software, wireless keypads or clickers, and a base station (receiver). It allows the fast evaluation and grading of initial wrong answers, it promotes social interaction through peer-teaching, and it represents a type of learning that is similar to the games all children enjoy. |

Interactive system It is a system that turns any traditional board into a smart board. Each class becomes much more dynamic by using audio, video and other resources and applications that are available through software. It increases the students’ participation, since the stylus interactive pen allows them to interact with each other and with the contents that are being introduced in class. |

Smart board This is a digital interactive board that makes possible using all the functions of a computer through an electromagnetic pen that acts as a mouse. |
